Weaver acquires majority stake in Centrum Housing Finance with JSA advising Centrum entities

JSA Advocates & Solicitors advised Centrum Housing Finance Limited and Centrum Capital Limited on the transaction. Weaver Services Private Limited has acquired a majority stake in Centrum Housing Finance Limited by purchasing the entire shareholding of Centrum Capital Limited in Centrum Housing Finance. The acquisition positions Weaver to enter the affordable home finance segment. Weaver was founded by Satrajit Bhattacharya and is backed by investors including Premji Invest, Lightspeed and Gaja Capital.
