REIUS Advises Captiva on Acquisition of Grocery-Anchored Retail Portfolio with REWE as Main Tenant

REIUS advised the investment and asset manager Captiva on the acquisition of a newly built grocery-anchored retail portfolio. The transaction comprises a portfolio of five newly built retail locations, each with REWE as the main tenant. The properties together offer a total lettable area of approximately 21,500 m² and are situated in Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Saxony-Anhalt and Saxony. The total investment volume amounts to around EUR 65 million. The first store has already been opened and handed over. The remaining store openings are scheduled to take place successively until the end of 2026.
