Linklaters Advises Zetra on EUR 30 Million Financing for 80 Electric Heavy‑Duty Truck Charging Stations in France

Linklaters advised Zetra in securing a EUR 30 million financing provided by Société Générale for the deployment of a portfolio of 80 charging stations for electric heavy‑duty trucks in France. The financing, a first in France, will enable Zetra to accelerate the development of its charging infrastructure network for road hauliers and freight operators of all sizes. The transaction marks a key step in the development of charging infrastructure dedicated to heavy road transport in France and forms part of the transition towards more sustainable mobility.
