J-Tec Material Handling acquires Process Integration

Bech-Bruun represented Belgian company J-Tec Material Handling, part of the global Katoen Natie Group, in its acquisition of Danish engineering company Process Integration. The transaction comprises J-Tec Material Handling’s acquisition of Process Integration, a specialist in process solutions for the food and feed industries. Process Integration employs approximately 100 people across Denmark, Norway, the United States and Chile. J-Tec Material Handling, founded in 1970, is an international engineering specialist that provides process-technical solutions for the food and chemical industries.
