AAC Technologies to acquire Dispelix Oy

Roschier advised Dispelix Oy in connection with its sale to AAC Technologies Pte. Ltd. Dispelix Oy, a technology leader in diffractive waveguide displays for augmented reality (AR), has entered into a definitive agreement to be acquired by AAC Technologies Pte. Ltd., a Singapore-incorporated company and a wholly owned subsidiary of AAC Technologies Holdings Inc., whose shares are listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The transaction is intended to strengthen Dispelix’s position as a global leader in AR waveguide display technology. The transaction is expected to close within the first half of 2026, subject to the fulfilment of certain closing conditions. Roschier represented Dispelix Oy with a team composed by: Tero Jormanainen, Pinja Liikanen, Amanda Sandberg, Erika Heijari, Celia Svensk, Andreas Bussman and Tuomas Kiviranta.
