RDJ's Banking and Finance team advised Lanthorn on the financing of the acquisition of the Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel on behalf of TMR Hotel Collection. The landmark 118‑bed, four‑star hotel, located in the heart of Kilkenny city, has been acquired by Lanthorn on behalf of TMR Hotel Collection. The acquisition secures a prominent city‑centre property for one of Ireland’s largest privately owned hotel portfolios. The Kilkenny Ormonde Hotel becomes the 17th property in the TMR portfolio, which includes the Fleet Hotel Temple Bar, Dunboyne Castle Hotel & Spa, Farnham Estate, Mount Wolseley, the Connemara Coast in County Galway and Harvey’s Point in Donegal.
