Weil represented Brookfield in its acquisition of Fosber, assisting the buyer in the cross-border transaction. The deal concerns the purchase of Fosber, a global leader in the design and production of advanced machinery, parts and services for the corrugated packaging industry. The transaction is structured as a carve-out from Guangdong Dongfang Precision (SHE:002611) and values the business at approximately $900 million.
