Weil Advises KKR on Amendment and Extension of $1.3 Billion Environmental Resources Management Credit Facilities

Weil advised KKR Capital Markets Partners and the other lead arrangers, agents and lenders in connection with Environmental Resources Management’s amendment and extension of its existing $1.3 billion credit facilities. The transaction amended and extended ERM’s existing $1.3 billion credit facilities. The amendment extends the maturity of ERM’s term loan into 2032 and the maturity of its revolving credit facility into 2031.
