The Mosaic Company Completes $900 Million Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters in the transaction and The Mosaic Company served as the issuer. The offering consisted of $900 million of registered senior notes issued by The Mosaic Company, the world's leading producer and marketer of concentrated phosphate and potash crop nutrients. The transaction closed on November 13, 2025. Cravath represented the underwriters with a team composed by: partners William V. Fogg and Ryan J. Patrone and associates Benjamin B. Arcano and R.
