CBRE Services, Inc. $750 Million Registered Senior Notes Offering

Cravath represented the underwriters in connection with the $750 million registered senior notes offering of CBRE Services, Inc., a direct wholly owned subsidiary of CBRE Group, Inc. The offering raised $750 million in registered senior notes issued by CBRE Services, Inc. Proceeds of the offering will be used to repay borrowings under CBRE Group, Inc.’s commercial paper program that were used to finance CBRE Group, Inc.’s acquisition of Pearce Services, LLC. The transaction closed on November 13, 2025. Cravath represented the underwriters with a team composed by: partners Nicholas A. Dorsey and Kelly M.
