CGM Advises Jofege on R$20 Million Commercial Notes Issuance

"CGM Advogados advised Jofege Pavimentação e Construção on the company’s first book-entry issuance of commercial notes totaling R$20 million. Banco Votorantim acted as registration agent and Kanastra Securitizadora as holder. Proceeds will be used for working capital and the ordinary management of Jofege’s business."

CGM Advogados advised Jofege Pavimentação e Construção in the transaction; Banco Votorantim acted as registration agent and Kanastra Securitizadora served as the holder of the commercial notes. The transaction comprised the structuring and execution of Jofege’s first issuance of book-entry commercial notes, in a total amount of R$20 million. The proceeds from this issuance will be applied entirely to working capital and the ordinary management of Jofege’s business.
