Madrona Advises Delicatessen on Coiote–MCA Investment Deal

Madrona Advogados advised Delicatessen Produção de Filmes, and Ribeiro de Mendonça e Nozima Advogados represented Coiote Produções Cinematográficas and MCA Produções Cinematográficas in the transaction. The transaction comprised an investment agreement between Delicatessen and the founders of Coiote Produções Cinematográficas and MCA Produções Cinematográficas, implementing a capital increase that corresponds to a 40% equity interest in Coiote. As part of the corporate structuring carried out in preparation for the deal, Coiote became the sole controlling shareholder of MCA. The parties did not disclose the transaction value.
