The transaction comprised a BRL 2 million investment round in The Simple Gym. The funding round was led by Rebels Ventures, a venture builder created by the founders and original partners of the Reserva clothing brand — Rony Meisler, Fernando Sigal, José Alberto Silva and Jayme Nigri Moszkowicz — together with 4M Holding (Cesar Villares) and entrepreneur Mário Chady, founder of Grupo Trigo.
