NKF advises Clariant on CHF 300 million dual-tranche bond issuance

"Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised Clariant, the Swiss specialty chemical company, on a CHF 300 million dual-tranche bond placement consisting of a CHF 200 million five-year tranche and a CHF 100 million tranche maturing in eight and a half years. The net proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes."

Niederer Kraft Frey (NKF) advised Clariant, the Swiss specialty chemical company headquartered in Muttenz, in connection with a bond placement. The transaction comprised a dual-tranche issuance totaling CHF 300 million: a CHF 200 million bond with a five-year term to maturity and a CHF 100 million bond with an eight and a half year term to maturity. The operation’s net proceeds will serve general corporate purposes.
