Walder Wyss advised SIX-listed u-blox Holding in connection with the completion of ZI Zenith's public tender offer. ZI Zenith, a European indirect subsidiary owned by investment funds managed or advised by Advent International, has completed its public tender offer for all publicly held shares in u-blox. After all conditions were satisfied, ZI Zenith settled the offer and paid an offer consideration of CHF 135 per share to all shareholders who tendered their shares.
