The transaction concerns the Marassi Red Sea project, a large-scale tourism development expected to generate up to 170,000 job opportunities. The project will cover 2,426 feddans and include 12 luxury hotels and a substantial number of guest rooms. In addition to accommodation, the development will comprise marinas, retail areas and extensive green spaces, forming a comprehensive tourism and leisure destination on the Red Sea coast.
