Simmons & Simmons, Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati and Iuxteam Avvocati & Commercialisti took part in the transaction, advising Praemia Reim Italy SGR on behalf of Fondo Camplus Long Term and advising Camplus respectively. The operation represents the Fund’s second investment within its national platform dedicated to student and young professional housing. Following the Fund’s first acquisition in Milan’s Turro district, Praemia Reim Italy SGR accelerated its deployment with the purchase of the property at via del Carpentiere 52 in Bologna, a modern residence designed for young workers. The initiative underscores Fondo Camplus Long Term’s mission to enhance already operational assets and attract capital through the management of high‑quality facilities. Management of the Bologna residence has been entrusted to Camplus under a long‑term lease agreement.
