Molinari advised Ardonagh Italia; Studio Corbò advised the sellers of Assimedici and the related underwriting agencies; and 4Legal Studio Legale carried out the labour law due diligence for the transaction. Ardonagh Italia, part of The Ardonagh Group, has completed the acquisition of Assimedici, a brokerage firm and a reference point in the Italian medical liability market, together with the underwriting agencies Underwriting Agency, LU Liability Underwriting and Insurtech Underwriting. The operation, which represents Ardonagh’s tenth acquisition in 2025, marks an important step in the group’s development within a strategically significant segment of the Italian insurance landscape.
