Fornari e Associati and Russo De Rosa Associati (Rdra) represented the administrator of one of the leading companies active in sponsorship and hospitality in motorsport and obtained his acquittal from the Court of Bergamo. The proceedings concerned an alleged tax fraud that reportedly involved intermediaries responsible for placing advertising space on racing cars and motorcycles and longstanding partners of racing teams. Prosecutors challenged the invoicing practices, asserting overbilling of services received and questioning the objective existence of the services provided to clients. The defence advanced a detailed reconstruction of the events and a systematic demolition of the prosecution's case, addressing both the allegation of over-invoicing and evidencing the actual provision of services to clients. Following those arguments, the Court of Bergamo issued an acquittal for the administrator.
