Khaitan & Co Advises R Systems International on ₹275 Crore NCD Issuance

"Khaitan & Co advised R Systems International Limited, a Blackstone portfolio company, on a private placement of listed, unsecured non-convertible debentures aggregating up to ₹275 crore to Standard Chartered Bank (IFSC GIFT City). The proceeds will fund R Systems International’s acquisition of 100% equity of Novigo Solutions Private Limited."

Khaitan & Co acted for R Systems International Limited, a Blackstone portfolio company, in connection with the issuance of listed, unsecured non-convertible debentures aggregating up to ₹275 crore to Standard Chartered Bank through its IFSC GIFT City branch. The issuance was completed on a private placement basis. The funds raised under the NCD issuance will be used by R Systems International to acquire 100% of the equity shares of Novigo Solutions Private Limited from its existing promoters.
