Trilegal and Resolution Law advise on Prosus $28 million acquisition of Rapido stake

Trilegal advised Prosus (through its indirect wholly owned subsidiary MIH Investments One BV), and the Resolution Law Group advised Advantedge in the transaction. Dutch investment firm Prosus, through MIH Investments One BV, acquired a stake in Rapido for $28 million from Advantedge. The purchase enabled Advantedge to partially exit its investment in Rapido.
