Krogerus Advises SRV Group on EUR 22.5 Million Green Hybrid Refinancing

Krogerus advised SRV Group on a green hybrid refinancing transaction. The transaction comprised the issuance of a new EUR 22.5 million green hybrid bond and certain repurchases of existing convertible hybrid bonds. The refinancing restructures SRV Group’s hybrid capital to support its financing and sustainability objectives. SRV Group is a publicly listed company. In 2024 the group reported revenue of EUR 746 million.
