Morgan Lewis advised Eurazeo, Trocadero Capital Partners and Bpifrance in connection with their reinvestment in the capital of Eowin. The transaction relates to Eowin, a leading player in industrial document management that supports companies in the creation, management and valorisation of their content. The operation comprises the refinancing of the senior debt and the convertible bonds issued by Eowin in 2023, as well as support for management re-equitization. Eurazeo, a leading European investment group, manages €36.8 billion of diversified assets. Trocadero Capital Partners is an independent asset manager authorised by the AMF. Bpifrance Investissement is the management company that makes equity investments on behalf of the public investment bank Bpifrance.
