Kirkland & Ellis advises Wendel on acquisition of Committed Advisors

Kirkland & Ellis advised Wendel in connection with its acquisition of a majority stake in Committed Advisors from its founding partners. The agreement for the acquisition of Committed Advisors was signed on 24 November 2025. Subject to the satisfaction of the applicable conditions precedent, notably the receipt of regulatory approvals, completion of the transaction is expected in the first quarter of 2026. Kirkland & Ellis represented Wendel with a team composed by: Vincent Ponsonnaille, François Capoul and Gabin Beaudor for corporate matters, and Nadine Gelli for tax matters.
