Latham & Watkins advised Swiss Life Asset Managers on the bank and institutional financing for its acquisition of an additional 12.53% stake in Spanish toll road operator Itínere Infraestructuras from APG. The transaction involved the financing arrangements to support Swiss Life Asset Managers’ purchase of the 12.53% interest, increasing its total stake in Itínere Infraestructuras to 37.60%. Itínere Infraestructuras is a leading Spanish infrastructure management company operating five toll roads across Northern Spain, covering approximately 470 kilometres.
