The transaction comprised a unitranche refinancing facility for AllDent and closed on 28 November 2025. The refinancing was effected to support the company’s operations and continued development of its professionalized dental practice network across Germany. Bain Capital Credit is a leading global credit specialist with $58.2 billion in assets under management. Castik Capital is a European private equity manager with €2 billion under management in its current fund, focused on technology-enabled business services, software, specialist healthcare and industrial technology.
