Gide advises Mindston Capital on joint venture with Patron Capital to acquire Nailloux Outlet Village

Gide acted for Mindston Capital and Simmons & Simmons (London) acted for Patron Capital in the transaction. The firms advised on the establishment of a joint venture between French asset manager Mindston Capital and pan‑European real estate fund Patron Capital for the acquisition of Nailloux Outlet Village. Nailloux Outlet Village is an Occitan outlet centre comprising 72 boutiques and 110 brands, spread across a total surface area of 25,000 m². Gide represented Mindston Capital with a team composed by: Christopher Szostak, partner (corporate and real estate); Bertrand Garrandaux, counsel (corporate and real estate). Simmons & Simmons represented Patron Capital with a team composed by: the London office real estate team.
