Hogan Lovells advises Eni Plenitude on acquisition of 760 MW renewable asset portfolio from Neoen

Hogan Lovells represented Eni Plenitude S.p.A. in connection with the signature of an agreement to acquire a portfolio of renewable assets from Neoen SAS. The transaction covers the acquisition of 52 operating assets located across France, comprising 37 photovoltaic plants, 14 wind farms and one operating battery storage installation, for a total installed capacity of approximately 760 MW. The deal is one of the largest renewable energy transactions on the French market in recent years and materially contributes to Plenitude's installed capacity targets for 2025, supporting the company's growth under its 2025–2028 Strategic Plan.
