A&O Shearman Advises Jacky Perrenot Group in Exclusive Negotiations to Acquire Vos Logistics

"A&O Shearman advised Jacky Perrenot Group as it entered exclusive negotiations to acquire Dutch Vos Logistics, which was advised by Loyens & Loeff. The transaction would create roughly €1.7bn of revenue and more than 12,000 employees across Europe, enhancing geographic coverage and integrated logistics services; it remains subject to regulatory approvals."

A&O Shearman advised the Jacky Perrenot Group in relation to its entry into exclusive negotiations to acquire Vos Logistics, while Loyens & Loeff advised Vos Logistics. The proposed transaction sees Jacky Perrenot, a leading French road transport and logistics group, enter exclusive talks to acquire the Dutch Vos Logistics group. Following Jacky Perrenot’s acquisition of Spain’s Tamdis in 2022 and the purchase of ArrowXL in the United Kingdom in June 2025, this project underlines the Group’s strategy to consolidate its position among Europe’s leading carriers and logistics providers. If completed, the combined entity would represent approximately €1.7 billion of revenue and employ more than 12,000 people across Europe. The transaction is intended to strengthen geographic coverage, operational performance and logistical flexibility, and to expand the offer of integrated solutions for manufacturers, distributors and e‑commerce players across the continent. The operation remains subject to authorisation by the competent competition and foreign investment control authorities.
