Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas, S&R Associates and Hogan Lovells acted on Sudeep Pharma's ₹895 crore initial public offering, advising Sudeep Pharma (Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas), the book running lead managers ICICI Securities Limited and IIFL Capital Services Limited (S&R Associates), and serving as international counsel to the BRLMs (Hogan Lovells). Sudeep Pharma raised ₹895 crore through an initial public offering of equity shares. The offer comprised a fresh issue and an offer for sale by promoter selling shareholders. Sudeep Pharma is a technology-led manufacturer of excipients and specialty ingredients for the pharmaceutical, food and nutrition industries.
