Tresmares Capital invests up to £25m in Convey Technology

Marriott Harrison acted for Convey Technology in connection with a strategic investment of up to £25m from Tresmares Capital, which is investing to support Convey’s growth across Europe. The transaction involves a strategic growth capital investment by Tresmares Capital — its third investment in the UK — to accelerate Convey Technology’s expansion and deliver market-leading, cost-effective software solutions to transport operators across the continent. Wiltshire-based Convey Technology supplies a web-based SaaS platform to more than 3,600 commercial fleet operations, supporting hundreds of thousands of vehicles and assets to ensure compliance, safety and operational efficiency. The platform consolidates fleet management and compliance information into a single system, enabling operators to manage services through one supplier. Convey was founded in 2016 by Steve Fisher.
