Hogan Lovells advised Lucania Wind Energy S.r.l. and Green Arrow Capital on the refinancing transaction. The transaction concerned the refinancing of a 39MW wind farm located in Basilicata. The refinancing was structured as a green loan project financing in the amount of €41.5 million and was granted to Lucania Wind Energy. Lucania Wind Energy is a company within the Green Arrow Capital group, a leading Italian asset management platform operating in alternative investments across Energy & Digital Infrastructure, Private Equity, Private Credit and Real Estate. The work on the transaction included negotiating the financing documents and preparing the documentation required to release the guarantees under the existing loan.
