BDV advised Telegram Media Group on its acquisition of Story.hr, Sensa, Storybook and Roditelji.hr from Mondo Inc Zagreb, while Wahl advised the sellers. The transaction involves the acquisition of the Croatian lifestyle magazine and online portal Story.hr, together with the websites Sensa, Storybook and Roditelji.hr, from Mondo Inc Zagreb. Telegram Media Group is a Croatian digital publisher. According to BDV, the transaction, which remains subject to merger clearance, will significantly expand Telegram Media Group’s reach across channels, strengthen its position in the events and concerts segment and broaden its content portfolio.
