Gessel advised Lux Med Group on its acquisition of the Mental Path network of psychotherapy centres. Under the agreement, seven Mental Path facilities in Warsaw, Krakow, Katowice, Sopot and Rzeszow will join Lux Med Group. Mental Path is a growing network of mental health centres employing more than 200 specialists, including psychotherapists, psychologists and psychiatrists, and serves both individual and corporate clients. The transaction will double Lux Med Group’s scale in the mental health segment by integrating Mental Path with its existing Harmonia Mental Health Clinics. Gessel represented Lux Med Group with a team composed by: Managing Partner Marcin Macieszczak, Partner Bartlomiej Wozniak and Senior Associate Rafal Smolik.
