RTPR advised Proinvest Group on the sale of its insulating panel division to Lattonedil, while Antico & Partners reportedly advised Lattonedil. The transaction transfers Proinvest Group's insulating panel division to Lattonedil. Following the deal, Proinvest will retain a minority stake in the newly established Lattonedil Romania SRL, through which the production of sandwich panels will continue jointly with the buyer. Lattonedil is a European producer and distributor of insulating panels. Proinvest Group, founded in 2000 in Pascani, specialises in the manufacture of steel components and construction and industrial systems and operates several production facilities in Iași County.
