McDermott Will & Schulte Advises Chesneau-Serret and Weinberg Capital Partners on Acquisition of LGB

"McDermott Will & Schulte advised the Chesneau-Serret group and majority shareholder Weinberg Capital Partners on the acquisition of LGB, a specialist in machining complex parts. The transaction, supported by Weinberg via its Eiréné fund and other reference shareholders, will expand Chesneau-Serret's client portfolio, service offering and production capacity. Closing expected by end-2025."

McDermott Will & Schulte advised the Chesneau-Serret group and Weinberg Capital Partners in connection with the acquisition of LGB. The transaction concerns the acquisition of LGB, a specialist in the machining of complex parts. The operation will be carried out with the support of Weinberg Capital Partners via its Eiréné fund and the group's other reference shareholders. The acquisition will enable Chesneau-Serret to broaden its client portfolio and its range of services while increasing its production capacity. The transaction is expected to be finalised by the end of 2025, subject to the satisfaction of customary conditions precedent.
