DLA Piper advises six-bank syndicate led by Société Générale on ClimaNext refinancing

"DLA Piper advised a six-bank lending syndicate led by Société Générale on the refinancing of French HVAC installer ClimaNext, while Sekri Valentin Zerrouk represented the borrower. The deal refinances existing debt and supports ClimaNext's acquisition and development strategy. Lenders include Banque Populaire Grand Ouest, regional Crédit Agricole Caisses and Crédit Industriel et Commercial."

DLA Piper advised a six-bank syndicate led by Société Générale, and Sekri Valentin Zerrouk advised the borrower ClimaNext. The transaction refinances ClimaNext’s existing debt and enables the company to pursue its acquisition and development strategy. ClimaNext is a French group specialising in the installation of air conditioning, ventilation and heating systems. The lending syndicate, led by Société Générale, comprises Banque Populaire Grand Ouest, Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Atlantique Vendée, Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Charente-Périgord, Caisse Régionale de Crédit Agricole Mutuel Touraine Poitou, Crédit Industriel et Commercial and Société Générale. DLA Piper France represented the lending syndicate led by Société Générale with a team composed by: Sophie Lok (partner), Matthieu Loonis (associate) and Mathieu Aboulfaraj (associate). Sekri Valentin Zerrouk represented the borrower ClimaNext with a team composed by: Emmanuelle Vicidomini (partner), Mathilde de Wiljes (counsel) and Valérie Zinsou (associate).
