The transaction concerns the complete transformation of a building in the heart of Valencia into a high-end aparthotel. This first Spanish address forms part of Edgar Suites’ wider European expansion strategy and its ongoing growth plan to strengthen the group’s presence across several European markets. Edgar Suites, a French leader of the new generation of upscale aparthotels, is pursuing geographic diversification through this flagship opening in Valencia.
