The advising firm represented the shareholders of Sunrise Group in connection with the sale of the Midlands‑headquartered egg production and distribution business trading as Sunrise Poultry Farms to Agrova International. The transaction, which was backed by European private equity firm Accession Capital Partners, is intended to accelerate growth and innovation across both businesses. The acquisition will position Agrova International as a significant player in UK poultry farming, egg production and egg‑based product innovation. Sunrise Group is a Midlands‑headquartered egg production and distribution company trading as Sunrise Poultry Farms. Agrova International, based in Riga, Latvia, is a leading European poultry and agri‑foods group that also holds a majority stake in the Latvian publicly listed APF Holdings, a vertically integrated business active in poultry farming, egg production and trading, and sustainable biogas and organic fertiliser initiatives.
