The law firm Cimmino Carnevale De Filippis assisted Cassa Depositi e Prestiti in a financing arranged for Rimorchiatori Napoletani; Cassa Depositi e Prestiti's in-house legal team also followed the transaction. The transaction consists of a loan, funded with resources made available by the European Investment Bank (EIB), granted to finance the acquisition of a new state-of-the-art Rastar 2800 Class ASD tugboat. The vessel, equipped with a bollard pull of 70 tonnes at the bow and 65 tonnes at the stern, is intended to operate in Italian ports under concession to Rimorchiatori Napoletani.
