Clifford Chance Advises BlackFin Capital Partners on Majority Investment in Arendt Investor Services

"Clifford Chance advised BlackFin Capital Partners on a strategic partnership under which BlackFin will become the majority shareholder of Arendt Investor Services (AIS) while Arendt retains a significant stake. The transaction is intended to accelerate AIS’s growth and international expansion and is subject to CSSF approval and customary conditions."

Clifford Chance advised BlackFin Capital Partners on its strategic partnership with Arendt and Arendt Investor Services (AIS). The transaction will see BlackFin become the majority shareholder of AIS while Arendt retains a significant stake. The partnership is intended to accelerate AIS’s growth, reinforce its position in the Luxembourg financial services market and enable the company to scale operations into new jurisdictions. As an important shareholder, Arendt will continue to contribute to the development of AIS and maintain strong synergies with the law firm and its consulting services. The transaction is subject to approval by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (CSSF) and other customary procedures.
