The transaction comprises an €8.5 million equity investment by Bocap Private Equity and Bocap’s SME Achievers Fund III into Gemic Oy, forming part of a financing round in excess of €13 million that also includes bank financing. Gemic, headquartered in Finland and operating across three continents, specialises in growth and innovation strategies for large global companies. The company combines social and human sciences with systems thinking to identify future growth drivers and to design growth paths. Gemic counts ten Fortune 100 companies among its clients and its turnover is projected to exceed €12 million in the current year.
