TRUST acted as legal advisor to elderly care company Gubbe in connection with a strategic investment by Mynavi Corporation, the Japan-based HR information enterprise. The transaction consisted of a strategic investment round in Gubbe by Mynavi. Mynavi’s leadership has expressed strong recognition of Gubbe’s business model and its philosophy addressing the challenges of an ageing society, specifically valuing Gubbe’s approach to recruiting and training young talent for the elderly care sector.
