Krogerus advised Vantaan Valo Ky in securing EUR 225 million loan facilities provided by Nordea Bank Abp and OP Corporate Bank plc. The financing will be used to optimise Vantaan Valo's capital structure. The transaction underpins Jumbo shopping centre's strong market position and aligns with Vantaan Valo's investment strategy to develop its balance sheet structure. Vantaan Valo is a joint venture between mutual pension insurance companies Elo and Varma and is the largest owner of Jumbo, Finland's largest shopping centre by sales.
