Pictet and Settler form joint venture to develop 223 apartments in Tallbohov, Järfälla

AG Advokat advised Pictet in connection with the establishment of a joint venture with Settler to develop 223 apartments in the Tallbohov residential area of Järfälla. The property, which Settler acquired in 2021, was redesigned over the past year and adapted to new market conditions, and a revised building permit has now become legally enforceable. Tallbohov and Söderhöjden form part of southern Jakobsberg and are included in the expansion of the Barkarby–Jakobsberg regional urban centre. Settler has been commissioned to develop the project into a fully finished and leased investment property. Handover and the start of the project are conditional on securing external financing.
