AG Advokat advises as ByggVesta sells phase two of Campus Flemingsberg to EQT for construction of 388 homes

"AG Advokat advised seller ByggVesta in the sale of phase two of Campus Flemingsberg to purchaser EQT. EQT acquired the phase planned for 388 homes; the parties will jointly deliver phase two and complete just over 800 homes in total with a SEK 1.6 billion investment. The development was enabled by ByggVesta's earlier acquisition of the Embryot 8 property from Stiftelsen Clara."

AG Advokat acted as legal adviser to ByggVesta in the sale of phase two of Campus Flemingsberg to purchaser EQT. EQT has acquired phase two of a planned residential area in Flemingsberg from ByggVesta. The acquired phase is intended for the construction of 388 homes. The parties will together execute phase two of the new district and complete in total just over 800 new homes, with a combined investment amounting to SEK 1.6 billion. The development of this second phase of Campus Flemingsberg was made possible after ByggVesta earlier this year acquired the property Embryot 8 from Stiftelsen Clara.
