AG Advokat represented Skandrenting in connection with the renovation and extension of the Swedish Police Authority's premises in Karlstad. The project, executed by NCC on behalf of Skandrenting and the Swedish Police Authority, enables a significant portion of police operations to be gathered under one roof. The total contract value for the construction work amounts to approximately SEK 500 million. AG Advokat's team provided legal advice on lease agreements, construction contracts and matters relating to the Swedish Public Procurement Act (LOU).
