Vinge Advises on EcoDataCenter's SEK 500 Million Senior Unsecured Bond Issue

Vinge advised ABG Sundal Collier in connection with EcoDC Holding AB (publ)'s issue of SEK 500 million senior unsecured bonds. The transaction comprises an initial SEK 500 million issuance under a framework of up to SEK 2 billion. The bonds carry a floating interest rate and have a maturity of four years. EcoDC Holding AB (publ), trading as EcoDataCenter, is a Swedish data centre provider focused on sustainable and secure data centre solutions and is owned by Swedish fund manager Areim AB. EcoDataCenter intends to apply for listing of the bonds on Nasdaq Transfer Market within 60 days and subsequently on Nasdaq Stockholm within 12 months. The proceeds from the issue will be applied towards, among other things, construction of data centres and general corporate purposes.
