DLA Piper represented Aggreko Limited, a company owned by TDR Capital and I Squared Capital, in its acquisition of Krill Generadores. The transaction involves the purchase of Krill Generadores, a company specialising in the rental of generator sets and the provision of related services. The acquisition is intended to strengthen and expand Aggreko’s position in the Iberian market.
