PLMJ advises SIC on sale of stake in Etnaga, owner of BOL

"PLMJ advised SIC – Sociedade Independente de Comunicação on the sale of its indirect interest in Etnaga, owner of online ticketing platform BOL. Impresa, through SIC, sold a 30% stake in Dual Tickets (which held an indirect 26.4% stake in Etnaga) to the CREST II – FCR fund. The divestment is part of SIC's 2025–2028 strategy to optimise its portfolio and focus on core businesses."

PLMJ advised SIC – Sociedade Independente de Comunicação in connection with the sale of an indirect interest in Etnaga to the CREST II – FCR fund. Impresa, through its broadcaster SIC, divested a 30% stake in Dual Tickets, the vehicle that held an indirect 26.4% stake in Etnaga, the company that owns the online ticketing platform BOL. The transaction involved the transfer of that 30% stake in Dual Tickets to CREST II – FCR. The divestment forms part of SIC's strategic plan for the 2025–2028 four-year period, which is focused on optimising its portfolio of shareholdings and concentrating on its core businesses.
